The 1904 Henry Whipple House is typical of the Victorian era and it is the hope of the Whipple House's owners that the charm and hospitality of this era are reflected in your stay. Updated to today’s discerning customers’ requirements and serving an award winning breakfast provide for an exceptional experience.
Breakfast is served in the oak paneled dining room every day from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. with coffee available from 7 a.m. Earlier breakfasts and special dietary requirements can be easily accommodated by prior arrangement.
A gourmet breakfast is the house specialty using naturally grown, free-range eggs, locally grown organic produce, home-made organic sausage patties together with the highest quality meat products from North Country Smokehouse in NH and Black River Produce in VT. Included each morning are home baked scones, locally roasted coffee and imported teas. Some of our specialties include; breakfast bruschetta, eggs florentine, asparagus or wild mushroom frittata, crispy bacon and gruyere omelets, potato cakes with smoked cheese and sage scrambled eggs, apple pecan pancakes, tipsy orange french toast and lemon ricotta blintzes with a blueberry coulis.
Breakfast is included for guests of the Main House and the Garden Suite only.
